Inspected car in Peoria, IL. No obvious damage. Missing some bolts for front bumper and front radiator cooling plate. Owner was not aware of installed Buschur cat-back and car needed tires badly. Car was breaking up slightly at high load/RPM (common problem) and still on factory 0015 ROM.
Picked up car, replaced windshield wiper blades and drove home. Adjusted passenger headlight level after arriving home
Installed Passport hardwire and auto-dimming mirror.
Switched black fuel pump relay for green MFI relay (will get cold start TSB done to replace with blue). Installed AMS UICP + LICP and Ghetto intake. Installed FIC 1100cc injectors and blaqops fuel line/filter.
Mounted Direzza Z1 Star Specs on Rota Rims. Used factory TPMS (hoping for Schrader EZ to come out by winter). Alignment performed. Front pass camber would not get below -2.3* on the ground (started -1.8*). Right rear toe bolt / washer are semi-stripped leaving toe at .73*. Aimed for -1.5*F/-1*R w/ 0* toe all around.
Installed BlaqOps fuel pump housing and Walboro 255 fuel pump Installed RallyArmor mud flaps. Purchased front eccentric camber bolts. Camber was -1.7* front (right had to be installed lifted) and toe was -.03*. Rear camber sits at -1* but toe needs to be corrected.
Installed GM 3 port BCS. Re-routed power wires at distribution block for correct orientation.
Installed Rexpeed 02 housing Delete / down pipe and Mil.Spec high flow cat. Installed AEM Wideband and ProSport Boost gauge in rexpeed A-Pillar Pod . Completed pump gas tune for the summer.
Filled up with E85, began E85 tuning.
Installed rear deck camera mount and flashed to tephramod v1.rc4 for testing and dev.
Installed synapse blowoff valve and AMSOIL air filter. Modified OP2.0 for standalone logging. Moved to tephra v1 release.
Changed oil with AMSOIL SSO and a mitsubishi oil filter. Installed AMS Brake duct kit.
Attended AMS track day at Autobahn South. Did not time all laps, but ran at least one 1:41s lap
Replaced rear passenger toe washer and bolt. Realigned in-spec
Bled brake fluid with 2 bottles of motul RBF 600. Replaced front pads with Performance Friction Z pads
Attended WMHM X at Gingerman Raceway. Did not time all laps, but ran at least one 1:51s lap on the new track configuration. There is alot more left in the car!
Replaced right rear tire due to ware from misaligned toe washer (replaced july 12th)
Changed oil with AMSOIL SSO and a mitsubishi oil filter.
Changed transmission fluid with AMSOIL 75-W90 MTG (MTGQT-EA). Changed Transfer case and rear diff with AMSOIL severe gear 75-W90 (SVGQT-EA). Changed torque transfer unit's fluid with AMSOIL ATF SPIII (ATFQT-EA).
Engine failure. #4 rod seperated from piston and exited through the oil pan. Later fuend FPR line had a 1/2" tear in it.
Replaced motor with a used motor from extremeDSM. Motor is from a 2008 EVO X GSR - 31,002 Miles (49,893 KM) - VIN # JA3AW86V88U608162
Bled brakes with 3 cans of AMSOIL DOT 4 fluid. Adjusted tie rods slightly to straighten steering.
Changed oil with AMSOIL 10W-40 and OEM filter. Blackstone report can be seen here.
Resurfaced/cut rear rotors. Replaced rear pads with EBC Red ( PN# DP31985C ). Replaced front rotors with Centric Cryo Treated 125 rotors ( PN# C125.46076CRY ). PF Z Front pads have >70% pad life left. Pulled front pins / clips and cleaned and lubricated them along with the rear.
Begin testing of TephraMod X V2.
Had clutch master cylinder TSB performed to replace CMC.
Declined ECU flash TSB. Brake fluid flush as part of TSB and
headlamp inspection performed. 27 point dealer inspection
performed. Parking light and fog lights out. Parking light
will be replaced with ebay 10mm w5w LED bulbs.
Update: Fog lights were not plugged in. Now working. Ebay LED parking lights were terrible and half as bright so a Sylvania 194NA was used.
Changed oil with AMSOIL 10W-40 and Purolator PSL14459 full synthetic filter.

Installed Megan Rear Lower Control arms (LCA) to make rear toe adjustments easier and more accurate. Aligned car at Troy & Sons.
AYC/ACD service required scanned by Mitsubishi. Found bad relay for ACD pump but relay was removed when the problem showed up 1 week previously and put back in before driving to dealership. Ordered ACD Relay to attempt fix but problem is likely a dead pump.
Installed winter wheels and tires. Removed AMS Brake duct kit and reinstalled factory brake shields and new front bumper air guides. 2 inner front Performance Friction pads had separated from their backing plates. Installed used OEM brake pads on front inside pads (1 per wheel). Installed Optima Red top Group Size 35, 720 CCA battery.
New relay for ACD replaced at dealer and car re-inspected. Problem persisted. Warranty AYC/ACD pump replacement scheduled.
ACD / AYC pump replaced under warranty for code C161E. Accessory belt replaced under warranty.
Added GrimmSpeed 3.5" > 2.5" exhaust adapter and 2 new gaskets (3" Vibrant metal and O'Reilly ROL EG24731 / FP-60458 which was a good fit for holes size and width) to prevent blowout of future gaskets from size transition. Changed oil with Rotella T6 and filter with Purolator PSL14459 full synthetic filter.

Detailed. Did some paint chip correction with Rush Detail Group. Replaced roof clip PN# 7403A194.
Car showed CEL and fueling went very lean on power. Able to limp home with no stops. Car had been slightly harder to start and very recently harder to start with low fuel. Temporarily trimmed burst end of 30R-10 hose. Will replace with Walboro OEM hose from APE with 300psi burst fuel pressure and resistant to e85 part # flex-08-284 (284mm L x 8mm ID) at 53358 miles on 10/1/2016.
Replaced Air Filter with AMSOIL PN EAAU3050. Replaced Transmission Fluid with 2.6 QT AMSOIL MTGQT-EA. Replaced Transfer Case fluid with .9 QT AMSOIL SVGQT-EA. Replaced rear differential gear oil with .6 QT AMSOIL SVGQT-EA. Replaced rear differential ATF with .63 QT AMSOIL ATF.
